TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products on glazeparis.com, operated by Éthique & Consulting (16 rue Cuvier, 69006 Lyon, France — SIRET 930 179 114 00044), hereafter "Glaze Paris", "we" or "us". By placing an order, you (the "Customer") accept these Terms in full.

2. Products
Our products are nail pens and related nail-care accessories. Product descriptions, images and colours are provided in good faith; slight variations in colour may occur depending on your screen settings. Products are intended for personal use.

3. Prices
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable duties and taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Products are charged at the price displayed at the moment your order is confirmed.

4. Orders
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or an obvious pricing error.

5. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments and the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is processed once payment has been authorised. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail within 5–7 working days of dispatch. UK delivery is free on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or by events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Cancellation
Your right to cancel and return items is set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Consumers benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence.
